DENZA Brand Official Launch - BYD's New Premium Electrified Vehicle Brand
DENZA has officially launched in AUSTRALIA with the introduction of the Denza B5 and Denza B8 plug in hybrid luxury SUV vehicles. The Denza B5 will come in 2 variants either with or without BYD's DISUS-P Suspension System, while the Denza B8 will come as either a 6 Seat SUV or 7 Seat SUV. Denza is a premium Chinese electric and plug-in hybrid vehicle brand, originally a BYD-Mercedes-Benz joint venture, now fully under BYD's control, positioning itself as a luxury marque offering smart, high-tech, and performance-focused SUVs and MPVs, recently launching in Australia with models like the Denza B5 and Denza B8. It aims to compete with established luxury brands, integrating advanced tech like BYD's battery tech and luxury features for a premium family experience.
The Denza B5 and B8 are just the first 2 models available at launch. A full portfolio of Denza vehicles is expected to arrive in Australia with the Denza D9 MPV already approved for road use and expected to be announced next.
The Denza brand is also expected to take Yangwang vehicles into the Australian market as well. With the very real possibility of the Yangwang U8 ZUV coming down under as well.
